Mechanical: 1 Burnham natural vent cast iron sectional boiler, piped primary, Secondary

Controls: Tekmar 371 house control, 367 zone control, and fully integrated with outdoor reset

Unique points:
Recessed panel radiators system installed in walls and under toe-kick of kitchen cabinets.
Injection mixing system off heat exchanger to protect new system components.
Radiant floor heating installed in shower floor and steps.
